This unknown group has appeared from beneath the streets of Empire. Their leader is unknown and they are accepting members. Each member must go through a rigorous trial to prove he or she is worthy of the followers. Once passing this trial the new member will recieve the garments and special "abilities" of the Followers.
Their main belief is the breakout of this virus is the work of a god, they accept it in every state and wish to become one with it.
