History/Backround:Cesar was born in Philadephia. When the outbrack came, he was only about 9 years old. Soon after he ran to Empire City. At the age of 16 he was well trained. At the age of 23, He joined the JRU [Jamaican Responce Unit.] Knowing he wasnt Jamaican he still joined it to help others. He still lives today fighting zombies and creatures from what seems like came from hell.
