S.T.A.R.S = The Succesors of The Raccoon City S.T.A.R.S.

The former Echo Unit Leader, Paolo Atiar, had escaped Raccoon City, almost in a death. He swore vengence to make STARS again since Cheif Irons had disband STARS. So, upon entering Garuda, he requested to lead a Ground Unit. So hes not always cramped in a plane. Upon this, he requested it to be named, Special Tactics And Rescue Service(S.T.A.R.S for short), it was permitted by a higher up, but not yet by the General(So Admin, if you allow this just pretend your the General xD) So far. Him and this girl Maria, has made STARS, to help there ally, the JRU, survive the zombie apoclypse from the ground.
