history: A girl named Maria Alvelo was born in Puerto Rico. When the virus hit, her whole family died leaving her left for dead with a island of a limited amout of survivers and zombies diminishing the surviver population. At the age of seven, because her perents died from the infection causeing her to kill them. She started her survival for 17 years not trusting anyone who welcomed her. At the age of Twenty-Three, she finally found a boat with enough gas to get off the island. She then left to Empire City in hopes of a new life but, she soon realized that it wasnt just Puerto Rico that was infected but the world. She then met a man named Paolo [the leader of S.T.A.R.S] proveing her fighting skills to him she was asigned to the S.T.A.R.S team.
